He has 12 years of NFL experience in coaching, quality control, analytics/research and video editing with the New Orleans Saints, St. Louis Rams, Buffalo Bills, and the Minnesota Vikings. Additionally, he has worked with the Montreal Alouettes of the Canadian Football League and the Wisconsin Badgers. A passionate clinician, Sheldon has consulted with teams at the professional, collegiate and high school levels in both North America and Europe. In addition to football strategy and tactics, his expertise includes elite athlete performance, analytics, data analysis and decision making, development of teaching systems and enhancing creativity and efficiency in small work groups. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and the (University of Wisconsin M.B.A. program ). == Personal == Sheldon is a native of Schofield, Wisconsin and attended D.C. Everest High School. In college, Sheldon played defensive back for the University of Minnesota. After his time at the University of Minnesota, Sheldon attended and graduated from the University of Wisconsin M.B.A. program where he emphasized data analysis and decision making. He currently resides in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
